EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE OVERALL
SALESPERSON COMMENTS: We have dealt with Rob over the years and the customer service we receive from Rob is always outstanding and he always finds us exactly what we are looking for. Rob is polite, knowledgeable, truthful and not pushy.
PRODUCT SELECTION COMMENTS: Finding products during Covid was a challenger but Rob always managed to find us the perfect piece of furniture.
DELIVERY COMMENTS: The delivery people go beyond what is required of them. l once had them move the new rug a couple of times and they never complained.
OVERALL COMMENTS: The showroom is easy to find, beautifully displayed and the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. They have an excellent selection of fine furnishings. In my opinion, they are the best store in the City.
