Returning items

RETURN POLICY

Should you have a need to return an item(s), please call us within 24 hrs. of receipt at 613.745.1230 and press 0 or simply click on the email help@cadieuxltd.com and we will get back to you within 48 hrs.

  • Lighting and Accessories are returnable within 14 days of delivery.
  • The refund will be the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping both ways and a 25% restocking fee.
  • This policy will apply to all orders, including items listed with "free shipping".
  • Shipment refusals will be treated as a standard return, in which the above policy will apply.
  • All other items are not returnable. 

DAMAGES

Must be noted at Delivery, If for some reason your item comes damaged please call us within 24 hrs. of receipt at 613.745.1230 and press 0 or simply click on the email help@cadieuxltd.com and we will get back to you within 48 hrs.

Damaged items must be returned in the same packaging and a photo of the damaged item and packaging will be required during the claim process in order to get proper credit from the shipper or manufacturer. Damaged items are eligible for exchanges only.

  • Please note when you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one as quickly as possible and advise you as such.
  • If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge.
  • If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.
  • If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item but the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item us, on top of the refund.
  • If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.
