SHIPPING FROM THE USA INTO CANADA:

SHIPPING from our US warehouse in North Carolina to our warehouse in Ottawa, Canada is Free. We cover all Freight, Handling Charges, Duty (if applicable), dollar exchange (if applicable) and Brokerage (rest assured we have been doing this for over 50 years) and we guarantee that our landed "all in" price is the same if not better than having the item(s) shipped to your home or to a border depot such as Ogdensburg. We frequently check US websites selling the same product online to verify this and to offer "competitive" value and more importantly a great selection of quality and style.

If you reside outside of Ottawa we can provide you with an in-home delivery quote for larger items. In the case of Bedding, Lighting, Rugs and Accessories "most" of these items qualify for free shipping (except for items that are less than $600 excluding taxes) to any residential address in Canada.
