How can I change or cancel my order?

Simply give us a call (613.745.1230) or click on the email below within 48 hrs of placing your order and we will change your order. Should you wish to cancel we will refund your payment no questions asked.

In the event that you would like to change your order, and it has been more than 48 hrs. since the order was placed, we will make every attempt to accomodate your change, however we cannot guarantee the change given if the item(s) is/are in stock the item(s) ordered may have already shipped.

Should you wish to cancel your order, and it has been more than 48 hrs. since the order was placed, a 25% restocking charge will be deducted from your payment with the balance refunded as per the original payment method.

Please note: Custom ordered items (such as Upholstery) cannot be cancelled after 48 hrs. from the time the order was placed.
