DELIVERY COMMENTS: Pierre, Marty and Apo are wonderful to have at our home.  Always professional.  Always white glove service.  And very pleasant.

SALESPERSON COMMENTS: From the day we first entered the store, to the day our bedroom furniture was delivered, Rob was extremely helpful, always accessible, and a pleasure to do business with.  Dealing with Cadieux was a very positive experience.

PRODUCT SELECTION COMMENTS: When we first went to your store, we had a bed type in mind. However, our bedroom dimensions would not accommodate the bed with the matching night tables. We discussed our likes/dislikes with Rob and a few days later he emailed us several options (King bed plus tables that would fit our renovated space). We both agreed on one of the options he sent. We returned to the store for a sample of the wood (which he obtained for us) which we tested with paint and hardwood colours. It was a great match and we bought the bed, night tables and matching dresser.     

DELIVERY COMMENTS: I cannot say enough about my experience. When the bed arrived, it was clear that the headboard was a few inches too tall and would not make it up the stairs to our bedroom. The delivery team contacted Pierre, who quickly made his way to my home. He immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly found a relatively painless solution, and talked me off the ledge in the process. I honestly did not think the bed would make it upstairs.  He returned to the truck, made a quick alteration, and the bed was soon in our bedroom. A week later he returned and re-attached the wood he removed. 

OVERALL COMMENTS: Our experience with Cadieux Interiors was overwhelmingly positive. We will be back.

PRODUCT SELECTION COMMENTS: Finding products during Covid was a challenger but Rob always managed to find us the perfect piece of furniture. 

DELIVERY COMMENTS: The delivery people go beyond what is required of them.  l once had them move the new rug a couple of times and they never complained.

OVERALL COMMENTS: The showroom is easy to find, beautifully displayed and the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. They have an excellent selection of fine furnishings. In my opinion, they are the best store in the City.

SALESPERSON COMMENTS: We really enjoy dealing with Doug.  We like that he knows colours and styles very well.  He makes suggestions and backs them up with practical reasoning. He understands what we like and makes recommendations accordingly.

PRODUCT SELECTION COMMENTS: Doug knows how to quickly narrow down an array of options from numerous manufacturers to just a few choices, and they turnout to be the ones we should be considering.  Sometimes we look for others but we most often gravitate back to Doug's initial recommendations as they end up being the best.  We purchased beautiful things that we never would have thought of buying and we are very happy about that.  Doug even helped us choose the colour of wall paint that tied all the pieces together nicely.

DELIVERY COMMENTS: The delivery was well planned and managed.  The team leader was experienced in how to handle and place the furniture.  The team took away all packaging material and left everything perfect.

OVERALL COMMENTS: We enjoy shopping at Cadieux Interiors.  We like the showroom as it inspires us to think about new ideas.  We never feel pressured when shopping there but we get the attention and service we desire.  We like the concept that Cadieux is focused on interior design that is backed up by quality products, vs. just trying to sell furniture.  We need the expert advice and we value that a lot.

It was a pleasure working with Doug for this purchase. I really appreciated that he took the time to check out the best colour to choose and the best size as well. 

It was a good experience. IT was curious that the couch didn't have any protection around it when delivered or moved into my home. It is a luxury item or so I thought so and have had movers for other items not nearly as expensive and there was protection around the furniture. Also, would have loved a f/up call that day or a few days later to check in on the product. I do need other pieces and would reach out to Cadieux. Again, I have purchased other things for less and had a f/up.

Finally, I really like working with Doug, however even just before deliver I still could not access his line when calling into on the main phone number.  I haven't tried recently but hopefully this has been fixed.  I know he has been there at least since February /March.  He is very knowledgeable, and I look forward to working with him on future purchases, decor decisions.

Last year, my husband and I went to Cadieux Interiors to purchase a king sized bed. We had a style in mind as we had visited many furniture store websites but we walked out with a totally different one.  Fortunately, the personnel at Cadieux have impeccable taste and suggested a different model after we showed them photos of our home. The one we chose is elegant and reflects perfectly the style of our room and home. 

The delivery person was very knowledgeable and installed the bed perfectly.

Nearly a year after our purchase, I noticed a factory defect with the bed frame we bought.  I wrote to the salespersons and I received a response within 24 hours.  Further, they resolved the issue.  This is the best after sales service we have ever experienced.

What else is there to say other than "Lucie is a genius!" My husband and I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience. She takes great care to get to know her clients and their tastes, and yet she's not afraid to 'push you' a little bit if she feels you're headed in the wrong direction. Perfect blend of direction and service. And so organized and thorough! We still have some rooms to finish off but we could not have found anyone with a better eye.

We had a major project that could have taken triple the time if we hadn't found a place like Cadieux. It has been almost a one-stop shop which says a lot when we're doing the amount of work we are doing. Without a doubt the best quality and selection in a town that can sometimes be a little sleepy. :)

"Most important the furniture is of excellent quality and I am very satisfied with what I received. I placed my order on August 3rd. I was informed it would take 7 or 8 weeks to complete the order and ship. When I called in early October after 9 weeks had passed, there was a lot of confusion, and I was told Lee Industries had overbooked and run out of frames. Why it took my call after 9 weeks to find out this information from Cadieux, I was not told. Not indicative of proactive or customer centric service at any rate. I did not receive the chair part 1 of the order until December 11 and the sofa was not delivered until Jan 18th. In other words 131 days from order to delivery of the chair and 169 days for the delivery of the sofa.
